Every machine purchased from our factory includes a 12-month warranty after shipment. We offer 12 months of free maintenance, with an additional 2-month extension to account for sea transportation.
If your machine experiences issues, you can contact us via email or phone. We will work to identify the problem through conversation or video chat if necessary. Once confirmed, we provide solutions within 24 to 48 hours.
What is the delivery timeline?
For standard machines, we typically maintain stock in our warehouse. If no stock is available, delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt for standard machines. We can make special arrangements for urgent requirements.
Do you accept customization services? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, we offer both standard and customized machines according to your specific requirements. We provide OEM and ODM services, including placing your logo on the equipment.
How can I install and use the machine?
