Yes, we are one of China's professional and largest manufacturers of environmental chambers, industrial ovens, universal tensile testers, UV aging test chambers, industrial muffle furnaces, and other testing equipment. Every machine purchased from our factory includes a 12-month warranty after shipment, with free maintenance during this period. We extend an additional 2 months warranty consideration for sea transportation.
If your machine experiences issues, contact us via email or phone. We will diagnose the problem through conversation or video chat if necessary, and provide solutions within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation.
Delivery Terms
Standard machines are typically available from warehouse stock. For out-of-stock standard models, delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt. We can arrange expedited production for urgent requirements.

Installation and Operation
